Mindful Meals has been the best thing to ever happen to me! That may sound over the top but it’s true. I’m working all the time and to be honest not a huge fan of cooking. Eating healthy is important to me because being in healthcare I am quite aware that you are what you eat but by the end of the day I need something easy and easy isn’t always healthy. Mindful Meals has been the perfect solution because I know I am getting nutrient packed meals that are infused with a bunch of love and positive energy. Rebecca is one of the most passionate mission driven people I have ever met and I trust her with my life - well because food is life! I love that I don’t have to think or worry about anything. It’s all ready for me and did I mention they are some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten! It blows my mind how much flavor and texture she achieves with plant based recipes. My energy, mood, and overall health are at an all time high these days and I swear I wouldn’t be here without Mindful Meals! -

I’m so thankful I found Mindful Meals here in Dripping. I try to eat a vegetarian diet as much as possible with as little dairy as possible too. The meals are always delicious and so convenient for those busy work days when you just don’t want to cook! I have subscribed to Mindful Meals for about 2 months. Rebecca’s meals are so fantastic. I started using her delivery service because I wanted to eat a more healthy diet to lose weight. As I continued to use her service I realized that I loved the taste of her meals. There was no deprivation in taste or flavor. I didn’t feel like I was on a diet at all. Rebecca has a true talent for flavorful and healthful meals. Anne We tried Mindful Meals for the first time and are most impressed! The dishes we tried were delicious and flavorful. Chock full of yummy, fresh ingredients and made with care. Rebecca makes it easy for us to have some ready-made plant based meals throughout the week. Highly recommend you give it a try. You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy some meatless meals that taste SO good. You won’t even miss the meat!

These meals are delicious and the portions are large. Mindful Meals provides me with the opportunity to spend less time in the kitchen and to experience healthy plant based meals. I can eat plant based all the time but the husband likes some animal protein more often than me 🙂 The cool thing about these meals is if you want to add some animal protein that works just fine. For instance mushroom fajitas this week (to die for!) I added a wee bit of diced chicken to his and viola! everyone was happy. ❤️ Cathy B

I was introduced to Mindful Meals about a month ago. My husband was in the hospital, and I was completely stressed out going from home to school to the hospital and back home everyday. My son signed me up for a week of Chef Rebecca's delicious healthy meals so that I had one less thing to worry about and could eat GOOD food instead of takeout of whatever I could find in the fridge. EVERYTHING was wonderful and I started feeling better, myself. Another week in the hospital for hubby, so this time my brother set me up with meals for the week. Every single breakfast and entree that I tried was fantastic! My husband is finally home, but I continue to order a few times a week because it all tastes amazing and I feel good about what I'm doing for me!

Rebecca and her mindful meals are outstanding. Made with love, care for her customers and the most healthy of ingredients. These meals have made a huge impact on my health and wellbeing and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those working hard to be gluten free.
