We love to cook for people, but helping others make their own Mindful Meals builds a better world.
Whether we’re kick starting your learning process or another step on your path, we are here to support your journey with love, kindness and experience. Together we can help you build your skills and shift your perspective. It doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, home cooking can be simple, fun and rewarding!
We have a variety of classes to meet your needs. From a full pantry reset to navigating food allergies, we are here to help. Check out our offerings below. Custom classes are also available.
All classes are taught in your home kitchen. We can bring any equipment to supplement your own. Each class includes a lesson on how to use a knife properly, how to be cleaner, safer and more efficient in your kitchen.
We also travel to local Air BnBs. These classes make a great group activity!

Plant Based Made Easy
Do you want to be able to make your own exciting, plant based meals? We can show you all our tips and tricks to create flavorful, balanced meals of your very own.
A beginning level class, we will talk about ways to create balance, getting the macro-nutrients you need, in a fun exciting way!

Let’s refresh your pantry with plant based essentials and learn some simple formulas for 30-min meals. Includes:
-Pantry assessment with organization and a deep clean.
-Guided shopping trip
-Create 2 simple meals from scratch using pantry essentials.

Summer Canning and Fermenting
Shop and play at your local Farmers’ Market, then bring home fresh seasonal produce to preserve for the winter. Leave the class with multiple jars of jams, pickles and ferments.
Includes:
-Guided trip to the local Market.-A comprehensive look at canning and fermenting. We will cover all the details, from the history and benefits of ferments, to the safety and procedures.
This class is great for summer parties!

Learn how to create versatile sauces that will elevate any meal!
This is a higher level class but still aproachable and great for groups!
Includes:

Learn the art of freshly rolled pasta. Made with local ingredients, this class is fun, easy and rewarding!
Includes:
-Create hand-rolled pasta
-Create scratch-made marinara/pesto and salad dressing

Homemade Tofu and Nutmilk
Lean how to make fresh, delicious tofu and nut/seed milk entirely from scratch and how to utilize these versatile pantry staples.
