Our weekly meals are made Gluten Free and Plant Based.

We focus on the best quality, Texas produce, using whole ingredients to create balanced meals that are fresh and flavorful. We do NOT use any seed oils, gmos, preservatives, or artificial fillers.

Not Plant Based? That’s Ok! Let us help you take care of the other food groups: seasonal veggies, whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes, healthy fats, and sauces! Adding a little meat or cheese at home is easy.

As always, honor your body.

A Note on Reheating: Most of our meals can be reheated by transferring to an oven safe pan and baking uncovered at 350 for about 10 minutes, or until hot, But, use your intuition!
